You will receive the key to your holiday home from 3:00 pm on the first day of the rental period.

If there are any problems upon arrival, please inform us immediately. Pick up the key at Købmand Munch, Strandevejen 31, Tornby Strand, 9850 Hirtshals.

Please note that during the winter half-year (Week 44 - Easter), you will receive the key from STRANDVEJEN 5.

We would like to have sufficient time to inspect the holiday homes, so we kindly ask you to vacate the house by 11:00 am on the day of departure. If you have ordered a final cleaning service, we ask you to vacate the holiday home by 10:00 am. For clarity, please note that the final cleaning service exclusively covers cleaning - the tenant is responsible for tidying up. The refrigerator and dishwasher must also be emptied.
